Third year in a row, Sauna Sisters is organising two workshops at Magnesia Festival on 2nd and 3rd of August 2019 in the beautiful Suomenlinna Island, Helsinki. Sauna and Healing Rituals workshops are for sauna lovers who want to deepen the relationship with their authentic self and nature. Rituals, including drumming meditation and cleansing rituals, are followed by a relaxing steam in cosy tent sauna! Saturday’s workshop is also for all genders – for the first time in Sauna Sisters’ history.
